DISPUTE BUILDING REPORT

Dispute Building Reports often come with an additional & separate document – Builders notes and event timeline. Often our inspection helps resolve a concern you might have with your builder while your new building or renovation is under construction.

Both parties will have the opportunity to talk with Clinton over the phone after the inspection is carried out, despite who is engaging our services both parties receive all our written report and notes.

Clinton will list all major and minor defects, potential problems, and safety hazards. This is your opportunity to get an unbiased, educated Builder’s opinion of the true condition of your property.

Clinton and Rebecca will meet with the sight supervisor at the invitation of the building company.

**Please Note we strictly only have the sight supervisor present at time of inspection***

We will examine all the accessible areas of the building including:

• The interior
• The subfloor
• The roof voids
• The roof exterior
• The exterior
• The site.
