TENANTS
If you have just recently moved into a rental property and a current pool safety certificate has been issued but you are doubtful the pool barrier is compliant or if you have never rented a property with a pool before and would like advice on how to keep your pool barrier compliant – A Pool Barrier Health Check is a great option, we are only too happy to help
QUICK TIPS FOR TENANTS – FROM SAURUS CONSTRUCTIONS
As a tenant you must:
- keep pool gates closed
- never prop open a gate
- keep the pool area clear of objects that children could use to enter the pool unattended e.g. – blow up pool toys, pool furniture, pot plants
- let your landlord/property manager know if the fence is broken or you think no longer comply with pool safety laws, e.g. if the gates don’t self-close every time.
THIS IS A QUICK CHECK LIST – FROM SAURUS CONSTRUCTIONS
PLEASE NOTE –This is not everything a Pool Barrier inspector inspects – we have constructed a list of common non-conformities that arise and are some of our larger concerns
FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE – We have gathered some helpful information – but if its all still too overwhelming please give us a call 07 41210714 – 9am to 1pm Monday to Friday
