We pay a company to do our underwriting – Agreements Online
For our insurance we are required to supply our clients and keep a copy of your returned document on our system proving you have agreed to out terms and conditions
Casey will send you a document to fill out online at the same time as your invoice.
Read and return ASAP – Please cheek you junk folder for this as it has a high security attached.
Your booking will not escalate through our booking process without this returned document
It is Saurus Construction policy to have returned this document 4 days prior to your inspection day you have selected, or admin are instructed to push your appointment to the next available until returned
This is a legal document and must be filled out by the client/representative and In the name of the client/business or trust who is ordering the inspection. This document imports your supplied information and sets the template for your report.
(we cannot conduct your inspection without this returned document)
Because we don’t on-sell report, it is difficult/ sometimes impossible to change personal details after the report has been sent.
Payments
Once your booking has been processed you will receive an email from reception through Servicem8. This is not a scam email, and it contains the invoice with bank details.
Full payment is due 4 days prior to inspection – your inspection will be pushed back until proof of payment is made – funds in our account or a screenshot of transaction sent to us via email [email protected] or text 0428 823 667
Our BSB and Account number is supplied at the bottom of our invoice for a direct deposit
