HOMEOWNERS

A Pool Barrier Health Check offers our homeowners peace of mind

QBCC laws state homeowners of residential pools are not required to maintain a current pool safety certificate that is only valid for 2 years – however it is your responsibility to always keep your pool complainant

A Pool Barrier Health Check is a great option if you are feeling unsure on new laws implemented by local council or QBCC

SAURUS CONSTRUCTIONS HAS NOTICED THESE COMMON CHANGES OVER TIME

  • Pool barrier materials become worn or damaged by the elements – pool barrier maintenance is extremely important – compliancy can be easily neglected
  • Little plants can become overgrown and become a climbable hazard
  • Adding extensions, pool furniture or pot plants often voiding compliancy

At Saurus Constructions we add all our inspected pools to our data base and send a postcard each spring gearing for the summer season – POOL BARRIERS SAVE LITTLE LIVES

In QLD we are lucky to live in a climate that we nearly use our pools all year round so our pool Barriers get quite the workout

At Saurus Constructions we do not suggest you undergo a Pool Barrier Health Check each consecutive year, although you can if you like – but by sending out postcards in spring we hope it alerts you to look around your pool barrier, and make appropriate adjustments ready for a safe, happy & hot Summer
